Arianna Gonelli

Arianna Gonelli è Professore Associato per il settore scientifico disciplinare BIO/16 - Anatomia Umana. E’ titolare degli insegnamenti di Citologia e Anatomia Umana per il corso di Laurea in Chimica e Tecnologie Farmaceutiche (CTF) e del modulo di Anatomia microscopica per l’insegnamento di Anatomia Umana II e Propedeutica Clinica per il Corso di Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, e svolge lezioni e partecipa alle commissioni degli esami di profitto presso altri corsi di Laurea quali Farmacia, Biotecnologie mediche, Lauree sanitarie e Scienze motorie.

La sua attività di ricerca riguarda principalmente la valutazione del ruolo biologico del sistema TRAIL/TRAIL receptors in diversi sistemi biologici in condizioni normali e patologiche, lo studio dei meccanismi di alterazione cellulare in modelli leucemici e lo sviluppo di strategie terapeutiche antitumorali innovative.  La sua attività scientifica è documentata da 50 pubblicazioni su riviste internazionali con collegio di Referees, riportate su PubMed e citate sull’ ISI Web of knowledge-Journal Citation Reports (JCR) con un IF complessivo maggiore di 300.

Relativamente all’attività editoriale la Prof.ssa Gonelli ha partecipato al riadattamento di una opera di Anatomia Umana basata sull’opera originale in 3 volumi,  Schuenke, Schulte, Schumacher – Prometheus LernPaket Anatomy– 4th Ed, EdiSES e alla traduzione in lingua italiana del testo Larry T. Cochard et al., Netters Introducing to Imaging, Elsevier.

Arianna Gonelli is Associate Professor of Human Anatomy (BIO/16). She is a teacher for the Courses of Cytology and Human Anatomy for the Degree Course in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies, and Microscopic Anatomy, for the Degree Course of Medicine and Surgery. She also carries out teaching activity in the courses of Pharmacy, Medical biotechnology, Physical education and sports.

The research activity of Prof. Arianna Gonelli mainly concerns the evaluation of the biological role of the TRAIL/TRAIL receptors system in different biological systems in normal and pathological conditions, the study of cellular alteration mechanisms in leukemic models and the development of innovative antitumor therapeutic strategies. Her scientific activity is documented by 50 publications in international journals with the College of Referees, reported on PubMed and cited on the ISI Web of knowledge-Journal Citation Reports (JCR) with a total IF greater than 300.

Regarding the publishing activity, Prof. Arianna Gonelli participated in the re-adaptation of a book of Human Anatomy based on the original work in 3 volumes, Schuenke, Schulte, Schumacher - Prometheus LernPaket Anatomy - 4th Ed, EdiSES and in the Italian translation of the text Larry T. Cochard et al., Netters Introducing to Imaging, Elsevier.
